Brocho after eating the proper shiur of this: Borei Nefashos (in the rare case where one consumes the proper shiur of crust, recite Al Hamichya)

If, however, the crust is merely to hold the cake together:

Brocho before eating this: Shehakol Niyeh Bedvoro

Brocho after eating the proper shiur of this: Borei Nefashos
