Lightning (Seeing)

When seeing lightning, one should say the Brocho: Oseh Ma'aseh Bereishis
The Brocho should only be said once a day unless the sky cleared, and then the storm started anew. If it is the next day the Brocho is said again (even if the sky did not clear).
